We have revealed the first look at our stunning new development, Cala at Fernleigh Park, currently being built on the disused Long Marston Airfield site, near Stratford-upon-Avon.

The new images depicting the Stratford greenway link, wildlife pond and traditionally designed homes bring to life how the brownfield site is set to be reimagined into a visionary village community. The 246 two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom homes will be accompanied by amenities such as cycle paths, a community hub, and an expansive 52 acres of green space including wildlife ponds, play parks, sport pitches, allotments and a community orchard.

All homes will be built to a high specification, with premium fittings and finishes throughout. Each has been designed to be energy efficient, light and airy inside, with an external finish which is complementary to the semi-rural nature of Fernleigh Park’s Warwickshire countryside surroundings.

The first 246 homes mark the first phase in a wider 400-home scheme to be led by Cala Homes. Construction is already underway, with the first homes due to be handed over in September.

Neil Simpson, sales and marketing director at Cala Homes (Midlands), said: “As with all our developments, we’ve carefully planned our Fernleigh Park scheme with a focus on creating a sustainable community - nearly half of the overall development is dedicated to green space and outdoor amenities - as well as homes.

“Fernleigh Park is located in such a beautiful part of the country and we recognise how important open green space is for many buyers, particularly after the turbulent past year. This has formed the foundation of our design, and has been carefully planned to support local ecosystems too.”

Three show homes will launch in May 2021, with homes available to reserve off-plan now, due to high levels of interest.

The award-winning homebuilder is also offering an Early Bird scheme, which will give buyers up to £10,000 worth of incentives of their choice, should a home be reserved before the 30th April, as a way to help buyers with the cost of moving and furnishing their new homes.

Neil, continues: “We’ve already received a huge amount of interest in Fernleigh Park, and want to make sure we’re giving people early opportunities to buy the home that is perfect for them. We welcome and encourage anyone who may be interested to get in touch to find out more.”

Prices start from £234,950 on the homes released at Fernleigh Park. For more information visit our Fernleigh Park page or call 01789 863 960. For full terms and conditions around the Early Bird scheme, please visit https://www.Cala.co.uk/legal/terms-and-conditions/
