The trend for upsizing to a larger home continues at pace, with buyers keen to secure more space for their families or work easily from home.

The headlines from Rightmove’s latest House Price Index, published on the 21st September 2020, highlights that the demand for second-stepper homes has been pushing prices to a record[1].
