For those with a property to sell, Cala offers a part exchange service, meaning there is no need to go through the process of selling on the open market. Cala effectively acts as a cash buyer on a purchaser’s existing property, saving on estate agents fees and providing peace of mind that the sale will complete ready for them to move into their new home.
