Sam completed a degree in Real Estate Management, before spending four years as a Senior Surveyor at Deloitte.
Before joining Cala he was a Land Manager at housebuilder St Joseph in Birmingham.
With an impressive knowledge of the Midlands residential property market, Sam will be primarily responsible for identifying and securing new land opportunities for the region with a focus on aspirational towns and villages, and helping the team to achieve planning permission on existing sites.
Hannah Robins has worked her way up within Cala from Sales Advisor to Part Exchange Manager and has been with the housebuilder for six years.
With a desire to move to the land team, Hannah undertook a Postgraduate Diploma in Real Estate and Investment Finance in 2018.
In her new role, Hannah will be responsible for supporting the wider land and planning team in sourcing and procuring new land opportunities.
Dan Forrester, Land Director at Cala Homes Midlands, said: “2019 was a busy year for the region and we have already hit the ground running in 2020 after successfully acquiring the site at Long Marston Airfield, which will see us deliver 400 new homes to the area. Our land focus remains strongly on the M5 and M40 corridors, with a focus on Solihull, Warwickshire, and North Oxfordshire.

Hannah, adds: “In my six years working in sales at Cala, I’ve always had a keen interest in the land and planning side of the business, and so I’m delighted to now be part of the team and bringing my knowledge of Cala and skills learnt in my previous position to my new role.”
