Horsham

Legal & General have outline planning permission for a mixed use development encompassing 2,750 new homes, shops, community facilities, cycle paths and extensive green open space in North Horsham.

 

The first reserved matters consent was secured by Cala Homes South Home Counties in January 2021 and work has begun on Parcel 1A for:

  • 193 new homes of which 25 will be affordable housing properties, in accordance with the Section 106 Agreement.
  • The public realm including roads, footpaths and areas of open space include a green buffer that will run to the Green Park and Hillside Greenway.
  • A high-quality environment with a good overall balance and variety of dwelling size, type and mix appropriate to meeting local needs and demand.

 

The Cala Light and Space collection will be utilised on this parcel.
