This Statement has been prepared in accordance with section 35 of the Pensions Act 1995 (as amended by the Pensions Act 2004, and the Occupational Pension Schemes (Investment) Regulations 2005).
The effective date of this Statement is 8 September 2021. 

Engagement Policy Implementation Statement

The Engagement Policy Implementation Statement sets how certain policies in the Statement of Investment Principles have been followed and describes the voting behaviour on behalf of the Trustees over the year to 5 April 2021.

Cala takes its responsibilities seriously regarding the design and delivery of sustainable housing and is committed to specifying and purchasing timber based products sourced from sustainably managed forests and credible certification schemes
